Lorraine Dorsa & Associates, Inc. specializes in providing administrative and actuarial services to pension plan administration service providers, financial institutions and professionals such as accountants, attorneys and financial advisors.
Our services range from complete outsourcing of your entire plan administration operation to specific services such as actuarial valuations for defined benefit plans, cross-testing of defined contributions plans and 410(b) and 404(a)(4) non-discrimination testing for complex situations such as controlled groups and plan design and analysis. Outsourcing of Your Administration Operation
LD&A can act as your plan administration department and provide full plan administration services to your clients, freeing you to focus on your own area of expertise -- investments, accounting, financial planning, etc.
We can work through your firm, providing all reports, documents and forms to you for delivery to your clients under your own name, or directly with your clients on your behalf. We bill you for the services we provide and you bill your clients based on your agreement with them.

Full Service Plan Administration
Through our full service affiliate, First Coast Pension Administrators, Inc., we provide full service plan administration directly to plan sponsors. We work directly with the plan sponsor, deliver all reports and other services to the plan sponsor and bill the plan sponsor directly.
Training and Consulting Services to Users of Quantech Administrative Software
Our staff of experienced plan administrators and Quantech users provides training and consulting services to help you to use the software most effectively and efficiently in your administration operation. We review your operation, train your administrators in your office and provide ongoing consulting services on an as needed basis.
As a service to our Quantech clients and potential clients, we offer sample Crystal reports illustrating some of the customization options available within the system. These reports are available on our website.
Professional Staff
Lorraine Dorsa, EA, MSPA, MAAA, CEBSLorraine Dorsa is an Enrolled Actuary, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries. Lorraine has more than 20 years experience in actuarial certification, plan design and administration.
She is a member of the Education and Examination Committee of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and serves as Chairman of the PA-1 Subcommittee. Lorraine is a frequent instructor for ASPA sponsored courses, a contributing editor for the Journal of Pension Benefits, a frequent lecturer at employee benefit seminars and conferences, President of the ASPA Benefits Council of North Florida and past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of WEB Network of Employee Benefits Professionals.
Thomas E. Poje, QPA
Thomas Poje is a Qualified Pension Administrator and member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Tom has extensive experience in all aspects of pension plan administration and pension software design and certification. He specializes in the design and administration of cross-tested plans, non-discrimination testing and training.
Terri L. Ely, QPA
Terri Ely is a Qualified Pension Administrator and member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Terri has over 10 years of experience in pension plan administration, primarily in defined benefit plans.
