In designing the Professional Liability Insurance Program for Pension and Benefits Professionals, PPIB considered all aspects including the policy form contract and program design. How the policy form triggers, and the program responds and performs, in the event a situation arises directly impacts the Insured's experience.

The policy form includes language reflecting the intent to accommodate situations where remedial efforts apply with respect to the IRS Voluntary Compliance Programs. Additionally, the fiduciary exclusion does not apply to the professional services performed by a Pension Actuary, Pension and/or Benefit Administrator or Consultant while acting within normal duties as such.
