Tussey, a participant in his employer's 401(k) plan, filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri in 2006. This is one case in a series of lawsuits brought by the St. Louis-based law firm of Schlichter, Bogard & Denton on behalf of retirement plan participants."
