Excerpt: Representatives Rob Portman (R-OH) and Ben Cardin (D-MD) on March 24 expressed their concerns over the SEC's proposed rule that would create a hard 4:00 p.m. close on retirement plan investors. The letter to SEC Chairman Donaldson was signed by eleven prominent members of the House (six Republicans and five Democrats).
