[Opinion] Apr. 11, 2001 Rowe v. Laidlaw Transit, Inc., No. 00-35197 (9th Cir. April 4, 2001). Excerpt: This appeal presents the question of how undesignated, but otherwise qualifying, unpaid leave is treated under the Family Medical Leave Act.
