Ralph - Laurie Anderson from my office has been requested to engineer this project for our parent company at their offices in Columbus OH and Covington KY. Any help that you can give her will be greatly appreciated. Apparently, there was a "local" agent working on this project, but due to a car accident, he is unable to finish the task.
