I was wondering if anyone was
familiar with Qualified Transportation
Benefit Plans? Have their maximum
limits changes from $65 for vanpooling and
transit and $175 for parking?

There are no changes in the limits.

The monthly maximum benefit limits for qualified transportation fringe benefits are:

$65 for transit (including vanpools) pursuant to Code section 132(f)(2)(A); and

$175 for parking under Code section 132(f)(2)(B).
These are the same monthly benefit limits in effect for calendar years 1998 and 1999.
