We are a North Carolina based employer with 45 employees. Most are in North Carolina but a few are scattered across the United States. Does anyone know of a health insurance company that offers a nationwide PPO network which covers the entire USA. The name of an insurance company that may be able to help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid you may limited because of the small siez of your group. If there is a benefits broker in your area I recomend contacting them.

As an additional suggestion, you may want to see if you could use a Blue Cross Blue Shield network. I know of a Third Party Administrator in Charlotte, NC that can utilize the Blues Network. They are called EBS. Employee Benefit Services. I'm not 100% sure, but I think their number is 1-800-242-1510. Good luck!
