What type of documentation is required for submitting expenses paid for Elastic Hosery/support stockings?
I don't seem to find anything defined in my Employee Benefits handbook.

You need to check with your employer or your insurance carrier. Plan design (which determines the benefits available to you) varies widely, so documentation requirements may also differ. At a minimum, you'll need proof of payment and vendor information (name, address, phone number, etc.). Be aware that you may also have to prove medical necessity, which may require additional documentation.
