I am interested in finding out what small companies (less than 20 employees) do about tuition reimbursement.

For what it's worth, the company I work for (about 60 employees) offers tuition reinbursement of up to 50% for classes directly related to our business. Good luck with your search.

Are there any accountants out there that can help with this one? I work at a business that has less than 10 employees, and therefore any kind of tuition reimbursement program that would be put into place has to be research by ME!

Does the $5250 per year tution assistance allowed only for full-time employees? Can a corporation set up a tution payment plan for undergradute tution if the employer requires the student to be hired after the completion of the degree?
