Does any PPO or Indemnity plan administrator right now provide a company's employees with secure internet access to the data on their medical claims? In that way an employee has access to the claims data on a 24/7 basis.

We use a third party administrator called Webtpa in Austin, Texas. All of the 1000 participants can access their claims to determine if it was received, denied, paid, and also have EOB online. Hope this helps....

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but CIGNA, through their mycigna.com member portal, has claims info online 24/7. I currently have CIGNA through my husband and I can go here, select the member, and see claims & claim data for a selected time period.

GE Financial does as well for their plans with full online EOBs.
