We are a bank that uses the TrustMark MBA/3Daily system. Our trust accounting system is SEI. Is anyone aware of a trading link that would enable us to pass files directly from TrustMark to the SEI trading system?

I am not aware of any link between the two systems. I would suggest (if you have not already done so) to contact TrustMark support and they may be able to help. They may be able to query their database to determine if anyone is using the same trust system or may offer a known solution. Sorry, and good luck.
