i'm looking for the full disability table with these factors

age 20 Male .036% Female .017%
Age 30 Male .055% Female .043%
Age 40 Male .109% Female .1%
....
Age 60 Male .68% Female .465%



I'm also looking for a withdrawal table with these factors

age 25 male 9.9% Female 14.9%
age 30 male 6.9% Female 9.9%
....
age 50 male .4% Female 1.7%
age 55 male 0% Female .4%
age 60 male 0% Female 0%


i'm just trying to reconstruct a prior result.

Those disabilty rates look high to me. Might be company or industry specific.

Perhaps ask the actuary for the complete table?

Proprietary or not, the plan sponsor certianly has a right to know the full table used in their valuation. If the prior actuary won't give it to you, ask the sponsor to request a copy of it.
My 2 cents
And the prior enrolled actuary has a duty to share that information with the successor enrolled actuary (assuming that it is not a generally available published table). Failure to cooperate (especially if the sponsor is willing to provide what should be a nominal amount of remuneration to the prior enrolled actuary for the time and effort required to do so) could be construed as a violation of the standards of practice.
