Years ago Schedule Q and Demo 6 as I recall were used to report results of the General Test - but I don't recall if they were part of the 5500 or not ?
Does anyone know how the General Test results are reported for 2007 filings ?

Schedule Q and Demo 6 were used with the plan document submission if you wanted a determination letter with regards to the general test. The General Test results are not reported with 5500 filings.

The plan auditor will ask for the general test.
Of course, if it is a small plan, there is no audit.
