For fellow pension and pension trivia geeks (and anyone else interested):
Does anyone have - and would be willing to share - an historical list of the various and sundry pension-related pieces of legislation enacted since ERISA? Alternatively, does anyone have knowledge of a resource that might have such information and/or a link to same?
It would also be helpful if such list would include a summary or bullet points of the pension aspects addressed, added or changed by each such piece of legislation.
Thanks!

I think you will find such a list (although without the summaries you are looking for - at least not closely juxtaposed) in many of the CCH books and, as I recall, in many publications of Sal Tripodi (cyberisa). Even his annual updates and periodic seminars materials have this list, if I recall.

Yes, CCH is great--you can reconstruct the history of a Code section or ERISA provision through the statutory material included after each section in CCH paperbacks (such as the 2-vol. Pension and Employee Benefits: Code, ERISA, Regs), but I don't know where you can get a historical bullet-point summary of changes made by each statute (unless you just look through a collection of CCH--or other--paperbacks discussing each statute shortly after it is passed).

I've tried to attach an admittedly incomplete list that I've used from time-to-time. As you'll see, it has not been updated for the last couple of years. It's imperfect, but may be a start for you.

HERESee above site. There are two PDFs that should be helpful for Post Erisa Legislation.
