I've read through the hardship w/d availability questions, but am still confused. Plus the posts are pretty old.
The plan in questions is a 401(k) with match/profit sharing features. It is my assumption that you CAN take a hardship w/d from a match/profit sharing source (the participant is 100% vested in both, and this is NOT a safe harbor plan). The prototype document allows hardships from all sources.
