I have a dumb question, but one I've been meaning to ask. When I post a message, all of my posts show the little suitcase in the first column with the corner carved out and there is an asterisk next to the No New Replies message. I haven't been able to figure out what the asterisk means. Most of my questions seem to be out of the ordinary at times, so I may not get a lot of replies. I was just curious. Thanks. blink.gif

Not sure what the asterisk is, but if you scroll to the bottom you will see all the suitcases - color indicates activity on the thread.

I did see those, but they don't show the meaning of the asterisk or why the suitcase looks different than the others.....It's my crazy mind just being curious....like I have nothing else to worry about at this time of the year!!

I don't see the asterisk. Maybe that just shows up when you are the OP. The only difference is see in suitcases is the color.

LOL you aren't crazy, any diversion this time of year is appreciated.

I remember having the same question sometime ago.
See if this helps.

This is my post to which Dave responded.

http://benefitslink.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=33077. Seems like the same thing-almost?

JanetM is right. It seems this applies when there has been ‘no new responses’ since you last posted to the thread. The asterisk is visible to you only if you posted to the thread.
