Is the truth in lending disclosure (Reg Z Disclosure) required for a plan loan where the plan has less than 25 loans in a year? I got information from a document provider that the disclosure is not required. Where can I go for a cite for this? Thanks

Reg Z is a Fed Reserve Board reg. Check the website for fed reserve Bd. I agree that it excludes plans which make fewer than 25 loans per yr.

Shouldn't the document provider be the one to give the cite and support for the position taken? If you look for what you think might fit what you think they might have meant, you run the risk of finding the wrong thing even thought it might look right.

But you should still look up Reg Z.
