Does anyone know if the DOL's DFVC program applies to Forms M-1? If so, what's the authority?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, the answer is no per Jennifer Warner at EBSA (202) 693-8388. Because there is so much confusion as to when do we have a MEWA in terms of first impression, the maximum penalties asseses by EBSA for late filers is $50 per day and $300 per day for none filers
