What count we report in Line 7i for Separated participants with deferred vested benefits - Only Code A participants are reported or we include Code B, C and D participants too in the count reported?

The number is total reported on the SSA, includes all the codes.

I suppose only Code A count should come on Form 5500 because once a separated participant takes his share out of the plan then he will be reported with Code D. So originally all Code D records were reported with Code A in the year of separation. Dont u think that re reporting count of Code D will lead to duplicacy. Same is with Code B and C as well.
