Kevin P has no right to have anything to say regarding InvestLink's TotalServiceManager system. If anyone has any questions I urge you to go to our website at www.invlink.com and ask any of our 50 clients about our products.
WDIK
I can certainly understand your desire to defend your product, but I am curious as to what justifies your statement that "KevinP has no right to have anything to say regarding InvestLink's TotalServiceManager system."

Is there some sort of restraining order in place?
Has KevinP not actually used the product?
Is KevinP a disgruntled ex-employee?

Having read some of KevinP's comments, they did not seem vindictive or malicious. Rather, he seemed to be expressing some legitimate points about some aspects of your product.

Perhaps you could specifically address why the concerns stated by KevinP are invalid.

Investlink,

KevinP did not say anything that could be construed and disparaging. He simply pointed out some issues his group was having.

Would you like and example of disparaging?

Investlink must be 2 watts short of a night light to suddenly be upset with the post Kevin P made 10 months ago. One could say investlink has a remarkable grasp of the obvious, or better yet, Gasp! the benefits professional never knew of our amazing website.

Now Investlink, do you see the difference.

InvestLink: Anyone who is using this message board to get their final answers to a question is probably not a good client. This is for chatting, sharing news, offering alternative solutions with other benefits professionals. But you get what you pay for and this site is FREE. No one ever gives enough facts that the readers could actually provide definitive advice. Every response should include a trailer like WDIK's that says "but what do I know" or a caveat like any attorney's web site that indicates that nothing is intended to be viewed as actually offering legal advice. I often have a concern that non-professionals asking personal questions are under the very false impression that they can actually get advice here. I have previously expressed concern that there should be big labels on this board indicating that the responses are solely the opinions of the posters and are not intended to constitute legal advice and posters should consult with legal counsel about their facts if they need such advice. (I'm afraid all attorneys on this board could be at risk of "UPL" for any advice given to posters from states in which they aren't licensed without such caveats -- which is one of the reason law firms post those caveats on web sites that can be read across the country). I would hope that any benefits professionals understand the limits of this board -- and would read any comments with a grain of salt.
