He is not listed in the online version of the Actuarial Directory. The last paper version which included him was 2002 (roughly effective at the end of 2001). He was listed as working for PwC in Teaneck NJ.

I heard he wrestles alligators but applies mathematical probability models to only picks those alligators that will give him no resistence. I used to have a rubber alligator that would make a nice gift, but I lost it.

When did he leave the IRS? Wasn't it some 20 years ago or so? He must not have been there that many years after ERISA I would think.

I left the IRS in 1981 and he was still there then.
