Who are good vendors of IVR for enrollment of participants for smaller businesses?

Interactive Voice Response (IVR), also called Voice Response Unit (VRU)
These are computerized systems whereby participants can call in and make elections electronically over the phone. Any electronic collection of data typically reduces the time and cost of processing that data (versus receiving forms that must be keyed).
Chuck: What type of plan(s) are you wanting this for? Most recordkeeping vendors for daily-valued 401(k) plans offer this type of service along with their recordkeeping services, but not all offer it for new enrollments. Also, are you looking for vendors in a specific area (state or region)?
