We have decided on a package. The company is called Trust Service Company (TSC). It is a small company on the east coast and we are very happy with how professional and service oriented they are. We looked at many packages and it came down to Investlink, Schwab RT, Relius, and the TSC package. TSC is by far the most flexible with custom programming. Their price is very fair and their staff is extremely knowlegeable regarding all types of retirement plans.

I would recommend them highly. If anyone out there is in the market for recordkeeping software I would highly recommend them. They have yet to disappoint us.

It sounds as if you made a wise choice. We are currently a TSM user and are not pleased at all with the software. We find the new ASP version to be slow and burdensome. If the program worked as advertised it would be a great system, but we found many items that did not perform as we expected.
