You need to provide some additional details to get a good answer. First, what is the source of the funds? Is it funds from an employee plan, becoming a beneficary of another persons IRA, one of your own IRAs? You might have a tax impact if you don't roll over the funds, but I can't tell from the limited info you have provided. What is your age? If you beyond retirement age, the answer could be completely different than if you are in your 20s. What is the approximate dollar amount?
