Is a Schedule A required for a CCT filing as a DFE if the CCT invests in GICs? (Based on the directions for the Schedule A it does not appear that a CCT is required to file Schedule A.)

Per the 5500 Instructions: A DFE only includes a Sch A if the DFE is a MTIA (Master Trust), 103-12 IE (Investment Entity) or a GIA (Group Insurance Arrangement)

CCT and PSA DFE's do not file a Sch A. smile.gif
