Hello! I'm the moderator of the Miscellaneous Benefits area of this fine, fine message board. Now I'm in charge of looking for info on internet recruiting. Does anyone have any experience in this area? Please e-mail me at aburnsafcu@earthlink.net or reply to this post if you can help me out.

Thanks so much.

Suggest you try "The Guide to Internet Job Searching" Published by VGM Career Horizons. Great stuff. Web sites listed by industry/job.

Good way for a Company to do some reverse recruiting in targeted areas.

FORTUNE magazine had a cover story on internet recruiting within the last month or so - you could probably find it online. FAST COMPANY magazine also has a good web site on the topic. Both have lists of additional sites and resources.

Footnote: EmployeeBenefitsJobs.com keeps this message board and the BenefitsLink site afloat <g> -- free online resume posting for candidates; help wanted ads for employers. End of infomercial.
