Any good websites on keeping up with the regs for SPDs and other communications???

Our law firm, which specializes in employment and benefits law, has an excellant web site that may be helpful.

To begin with, we send weekly benefits updates to clients and friends through the e-mail system. After a short delay for processing, these are then posted on our web site at nlfpc.com. For example, our site has a benefits bulletin describing the new proposed ERISA claims regulations.

I am one of the firm's benefits attorneys and am responsible for drafting the weekly bulletins. If you would like, I will add your name to the recipient list. To do so, I need your name, description of your title and your company, and your e-mail address. You may send this information to me at jmk@nlfpc.com.
