Does anyone have experience using this web based management system? I'm considering it...

Thanks. Peg

We have signed up to provide ASP (Administative Service Provider) type services to our clients. They are quite responsive to our questions, and have modified parts of their system to address our concerns. Make sure you have a FAST connection (at least ISDN).

One of the major issues that they (and the rest of us are addressing) is data transfer to the insurance carriers.....everyone seems to have a different system/capabilities to accept data. So part of this really depends upon what your particular needs are. There are essentailly three elements to ANY administration system....
1. Getting Data INTO the system
2. Managing the data while in the system
3. EXPORTING data to other vendors.

Make sure you drill down on all of these aspects as you do your research. This stuff is not as easy as it looks.
