Any ideas on where I can order 1099-R Forms from? Seems like our AA had taken care of this in past years and she is no longer here, and left no paper trail as to where she had ordered these forms from. I've called the local office supply places and had no luck. Boss doesn't want to buy software for it. He wants the AA to type them out (probably the reason why the last one quit...).
Thanks

Contact the IRS. 1-800-829-3676. Be careful. If 250 forms or more, you are required to submit electronically. See Pub 1220 available at IRS website or you can order from forms line.

You may want to check out IRS Reporter by Data Systems Design.
I have used the program for both 1099R and 1042S preparation.
The program will produce form on plain paper and if required will generate the magnetic tape for filing.
Say hi to Jenny Mullins - she is great to work with.
