I would like to set up a health fair for our employees, but am not sure of what vendors, activities, displays, etc. that I should have. Has anyone ever coordinated an on-site health fair? I would love to hear the details. THANKS!

We do health fairs during our annual enrollment period. If you have a broker they can coordinate it for you. Your health plans would most likely want to be involved. Major medical groups like to be involved. Heart Assoc, Cancer Society, etc. We've had chiropractic displays and exams, vision services. Major providers will do cholesteral screenings, blood preasure screenings.

Health Fairs are a way to get employees involved in their benefits.
