Not sure I understand your question completly? Are you refering to investment education, systems failures, what to keep on hand in the event of an error?

I think the best advice you can give is to have them keep the most recent copy of their account statement as well as a paystub that shows their deposits/deferrals for the year. The same advice that banks are giving their customers.
