Where can I find a listing of the average amount/coverage (health, dental, life, vision, 401K, education, vacation, sick time, personal time, etc.) that an employer typically offers to its employees as a benefit?

Try using Benefits Link's search tool. Enter 'benefit survey', or something along that line.

Check the DOL's online summary of survey results for medium/large establishments. Not perfect, but gives you an idea what's out there.
