We have a client that is a publically traded company (NYSE) and has 5,000 employees. We need to find an organization that can provide a complete outsourced solution to a stock purchase plan for employees (not a stock option plan). Ideally the "administrator" of this program could provide participant account information either via the internet or through voice response. Does anyone have the name of a company that does a decent job in this area?

We use Merrill Lynch for administration of our Section 423(B) EE Stock Purchase Plan. We are just getting started so cannot provide any observations. No web site, but they do provide interactive voice response and live operators. I am under the impression that ChaseMellon Shareholder Services also provides a similar service.

I've implemented ESPPs at 2 companies (10K and 3K EEs, both public). Both times I've used AST Stock Plan in New York. They are great. I've also toured their facility and was quite impressed. Their only business is ESPP and Stock Option Plan administration.
