Just implemented a referral bonus plan.The applicant must indicate employee's name on application.If we hire,employee will receive $100(added to paycheck and taxed)within 2 weeks of the individual passing 90 days employment.If the individual is still with us after 1 year, we pay the employee another $100.The bonus amt needs to be big enough to provide an incentive to participate but small enough to keep cost down. $100-200 lots cheaper than newspaper ad or agency fees!
