Where can an employer purchase an updated procedures manual that would stand up to a DOL audit?

we purchsed a manual which included a self-administratiin kit. see

yes, kirk, we were satsified with the contnt and organzation of the procedures manual. we also got costomized forms and access to technical support (cobra q&a) for one year. we have been extremely well served by this company for other beneft audits as well. have always been pleased with value provided.
