How can you find out if an employer made a Top Hat filing on time without asking the Employer to prove it. Can you confirm the Filing with the DOL?

The first place I would go is
www.freeerisa.com or one of the other like sites. There you can search the database by zip code for Top Hat filings.

Are you aware of any other sites that are comparable to FREEERISA? It's the only one that I've heard of.

I have been told they exist but I have never used anything other than freeerisa (and that sparingly). Internet Explorer has a feature called "Related" where when you are at a site you can ask some computer for the names of similiar sites. Such as if you were at MSNBC the "Related" function might list CNN, ABC, etc.
