Does any one know of a good Cobra Administration Software. Just became nominated to handle clients Cobra Administration and am looking for help.

We use Travis. They have an internet site with contact information. I think the internet site is www.travisoft.com.

Stand alone may be ok but we have a very complex network and Travis has been a problem. Support was not there for us when we needed it.

Travis is issuing a new version and our folks went to training this week. The enhancments are terrific. You do need to have someone with some technical knowledge and you should have a report writer such as Access or Crystal Report Writer if you want to run some of your own reports.
