Can anyone tell me if there are any regs against an employer paying 100% of the premium for salaried employees, but a reduced percentage for hourly? This is a small, non-union business with a fully-insured HMO. Thanks.

Since the repeal of Section 89 there are no rules prohibiting this type of disparity for fully insured plans.

Does the Repeal of Sec. 89 also make it legal to discriminate between management and non-management in terms of "banking" unused sick time for future emegerent care?? Whereby managers can accrue unused sick time but non-management must use the annual alloccation or lose it....I want to sponsor legislation to eliminate this discrimination!!!!
