Does anyone have examples for wording to be used in 403b salary reduction agreements next year when the changes take effect?

The National Tax Sheltered Accounts Association will be shortly issuing the new NTSAA Compliance booklet which contains sample Service Provider and Salary Reduction Agreements. If you are a member, you'll automatically get the revised booklet!

The NTSAA indicates that the new booklet should be available by 12/1/2001. At that point, you should be able to see it by going to
http://www.ntsaa.org/compliance.html and following the instructions.
