A few are:

EBRI [employee benefit research institute), HCFA (for medicare and medicaid), NIHS, HHS, the Society of Actuaries' reports, HIAA (Health Insurance Association of America), an annual govt publication called "Statistical Data - 19XX", Spencer's Reports and many others.
