Our company specializes in non-qualified plan administration (IRAs, SEPs, SIMPLES, etc) w/ a few qualified retirement plan business thrown in. We subscribe to an outside vendor who supports our prototype plans. This vendor also provides administrative document support in that they take care of drafting non-qualified marketing brochures which we can customize & put our company logo, as well as administrative forms for our customers to use.

We're working on a project to "shop around" different vendors to make sure we're getting the best services for the best price.

The problem is, we aren't finding anyone who specializes in providing this kind of service to a company who markets non-qualified plans to customers. The yellow pages have turned up nothing....

Have you considered employing an individual, i.e. a one man show? Less costly- what type of administrative services do you need ?

For administrative services we are looking for help with updating communications (administrative forms & brochures) with the changes in the tax law.
