I understand that there has been some recent rulings that might allow a company to charge more than the "102%' threashold.

Any thoughts?

JSinbad: Employers can currently charge 150% of the plan's total cost of coverage for those COBRA beneficiaries who are within the 11-month disability extention. Beyond that, I'm not aware of any other exception to the 102% rule.
