I normally hate doing this, but here goes. I'm with the Employee Benefits division of CPS, Inc. We work in benefits, and focus primarily in retirement services. Our firm has been around since '73, and our division is 18 years old. We work with firms that run from 3 person regional TPA's to cunsulting firms like Hewitt Associates (one of our largest clients). We enjoy an 85% repeat business rate -- our clients both respect and trust us, as do our candidates.
The reason I hate doing this is that I feel a lot of clueless recruiters abuse useful boards such as this. I'd like to think that we're an exception, but I understand how we can get painted with the "obnoxious, pushy headhunter" brush.
In any event, a mid-sized TPA we are working with in Maryland is losing their in-house TrustMark "guru", and need to replace them with somebody that's got great knowledge of the system (trust, VRU, Web modules, they use the entire package).
