What are people doing about updating cafeteria plan documents under the final regulations issued in March, 2000? Or are people waiting until the proposed regulations from March, 2000 are also in final form??

The way I understand the requirements we will be required to incorporate the final regulations in our docs no later than January 1, 2001. Our prototype document provider does not know when they will be coming out with the updated document yet.
