Can anybody tell me where I can get a copy of the 1983 Group Annuity Mortality Table 50% male 50% female. Prefferably on the web.

You're probably looking for the table published in Rev. Rul. 95-6. I'm sure it's on the web, but I don't have a URL.

The Society of Actuaries web site has a library of tables; I believe that the tables you want will be there. The address of the table library is:

To the best of my knowledge, that table is not on the SOA website. I will email the table to you if you like. (I assume you mean the table of q's.)
