Full Version: Obama Regulations
I have received an email inquiring about a new regulation that Obama has signed into law that allows for distributions from 403(b) plans. I have not heard any information about new 403(b) regs and I cannot find anything on the internet that is recent enough to have been signed by Obama.
In all cases like this I will not act until the requester provides me with their source of anything 'new'. I do respond with 'I have not heard anything about that'.
That was my basic response to the client with the one addition of can the participant provide me with name of the regulation that they are referring to.
