Does anyone have a link to a website where I could easily cut n paste the full IRS spot rate yield curve into Excel ?

SOA - yield curve

Click on Pension Discount Curve and Liability Index and it will "pop-up" an Excel table. (Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.)

BTW, although we have asked, the IRS has declined to provide this in a format for easy downloading.
