I've been separated from my copies of SAS70 and SAS73. Don't remember how I got them in the first place.
Anyone have a link where I can get copies (free, of course).

This was a close as I could find for the price you quoted. It's not the standards themselves but the codification of them. Might also try your public or local university library.
