Maybe I missed this - but was the Roth 401(k) feature extended?

Yup. I can't provide a cite but have seen it referenced in a couple of summaries - it's part of the EGTRRA provisions that were made permanent.

All of the EGTRRA provisions for pensions and IRAs are now permanent.
